icommunicate Therapy Ltd and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. We may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

Registration and membership of the icommunicate website
Prior to obtaining an “alias” and joining icommunicate’s online community, the following Consent and Waiver Terms of Use must be read, understood and consent must be given to the following conditions:

Passwords
To become a Member of icommunicate’s online community, you recognize that you are required to provide your email address and to choose a screen name.You recognize that your chosen screen name will appear in connection with any communications you post on icommunicatetherapy.com.

You shall provide icommunicatetherapy.com with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your icommunicatetherapy.com account.

You may not:

Acceptable User Conduct
Responsibility for Reviewing Content. You are also responsible for the interpretation of the content that is posted on icommunicatetherapy.com. (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;

9) Create separate user accounts with the intention of artificially inflating your icommunicatetherapy.com account, comments, or any other icommunicatetherapy.com service.

Reporting Violations of Terms of Use

Individuals who wish to deactivate their icommunicate members account may do so by email us via the Contact Us page requesting that their account be deactivated. We will do this as soon as practically possible within a 48 hour window. You will be contacted for the final time to advise you that your account has been deleted from our system. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of icommunicate.
Where you make use of the communication features of the service to share information with other individuals on icommunicate, however, (e.g., sending a personal message to another icommunicate user) you generally cannot remove such communications.

Security
icommunicate takes appropriate precautions to protect our users’ information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
