This page shows the advertising positions available for purchase on our website.

These positions are all standard web advertisement sizes as recommended by the IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau).

Our website has been created to deliver comprehensive information, resources and community support to everyone affected by, or interested in, the total spectrum of speech, language and communication disorders. The website is also designed to be a resource for Therapists and Educators. Our website is funded through advertising partnerships.

We have produced the site to deliver advertising effectively, with online advertising placed in key areas. Our website has over 200 pages of content (so far) with key areas of therapy information and guides on such topics as Normal Childhood Development, The Autistic Spectrum, Hearing Loss, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke Recovery, Childhood Disorders and Delays, Special Needs, Adult Acquired Difficulties & Learning Difficulties, & Assistive Communication. Our users are emotionally invested in the site, they visit us looking for answers or support.

There are a range of advertising options available for purchase to help you as an advertiser deliver your message to your demographic either through targeting sections or pages, or via Run of Site (R.O.S). We have designed these ad spots to run standardised web ad formats.

Leaderboard Ad. - 728 X 90 pixels - Position: Below Top Menu

This sized ad will generally be displayed in the top portion of the website, and at times at the bottom of the longer pages as well. It allows for your message to be delivered with maximum impact when users visit a new page. An example of the Leaderboard can be seen with the advertisement at the top of this page

Banner Ad - full size - 468 X 60 pixels - Position: Top of content area

The standard banner ad is normally displayed on our site at the top of the content area alongside the top of the menus. We are happy to accept both static and dynamic ads (please see our Ad Requirements sheet).
You can choose to have your banners display anywhere on the site that uses the advertisement feature, or to target a particular market by advertising in a specific section of the website.

Wide Skyscraper - 160 X 600 pixels - Position: Under Left Side Menu
This advertising format is really useful for getting your detailed message across using dynamic techniques.

We are happy to place your ad run of site for maximum advertising spread throughout our site, or you can purchase a package which gets your message across to a specific group of users (eg Autism). You advertisement will appear on the front of the section (Autism) and also on all of the subsequent pages within this section along with run of site ads.
This means you have a much higher display rate within this section per page view. We can also offer packages which allow just your ad to appear consistantly on any page you wish.

Rectangle - 180 X 150 pixels - Position - Left Module under menu / Right Module
This ad size is really handy for getting a simple message out to our users, or to reinforce your brand with a clean and simple button ad. We are happy to display both static and dynamic content but suggest that you keep it simple to maximise the effectiveness.
