It is our intention that this website be primarily funded through advertising. It has been our plan from the outset that all of these resources and information can be FREE for all to users of the site. The advertisers do not in any way influence the content of the website..
We have built our website with the allowance for relevant advertising in key areas throughout the site. This will mean that our users will get exposure to key products and services where-ever they go, and as an advertiser you can specifically target where to invest your marketing dollar on our website. This can be done in several ways, either through targetted advertising placement in sepcific sections, or through Run of Site banner advertising as an option to promote to all of our users. If you wish you can also purchase solise rights to a page as well, and guarantee that only your advertising is displayed.
Our website is a global one, with a focus on issues and information that is not bound by borders or nations, or relevant only to specific cultures. This means that those that choose to advertise with us will be exposed to a global market, all for some very reasonable prices.
The site is designed to be useful to all participants in the communication industry - from those effected by communication disorders, their family members or caregivers, through to therapists, students and teachers, educational facilites and healthcare providers.

Our Demographics.

The website has been online in it's current form since February 2009, and under development since January 2008. Whilst we developed the over 200 pages (and growing) of content and interactive features such as the forum and the download centre, the website picked up traffic via our intense search engine optimisation investment and word of mouth. By the time we were ready for an official launch in August 2009 we were already experiencing 30,000 monthly page views and had a growing registered user database. The site was rising to the top of key word searches in google and was becoming more easily found.

Since contacting various organisations and foundations set up to support those affected by communication disorders (such as The Stroke, Autism, Speech & Language, Hearing Foundations etc in several countries) we have seen a huge leap of over 350% in page views, with a whooping 1162% rise in new members.

These statistics are changing very rapidly as the site is promoted and shared more. We will keep updating this page so keep checking back to measure our growth. As we stated earlier we have really only had 6 months of "real" figures to base these stats on.
