If you are a little concerned, embarrassed, or apprehensive about posting questions on the forum you can also send our moderators a private message to initiate a conversation. To do this click on the moderator link within the topic. This will take you to the moderator's profile, where you can send them a message via the "Messages" link under their name. This email uses our internal messaging system, and depending on their message settings, they may or may not be notified of your message immediately or the next time they log onto the site.
Please respect the use of this, and do not overuse this. Each of our moderators have limited time they can commit to answering questions that are outside of the forum, as, in the grand scheme of things these questions do not add to general knowledge of the community. The benefit of posting a question on the Forum is that you will possibly have feedback from professionals around the world, as well as other people who may have been through similar experiences. So please, if it is not a personal question, please use the Forum rather than contact us directly.
